of Dixon and Owens Streets in Jefferson's Historic District, the Sagamore House is a Recorded Texas Landmark, listed on the
Register of Historic Places, and has been completely restored. This property consists of two structures, the original
house and a guest house.

Living/Formal Dining Room with 13' ceilings and, each with an old-brick wood-burning fireplace, original heart of pine
floors and rich crown moldings which were originally in the Missouri Governor's Mansion in Marshall, Texas, when the

The guest house, a two-story structure built in the style of the original, has one
